Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
You can book an Online Consultation with Calwin Hospitals based on slot availability displayed on the website. Calwin Hospitals reserves the right to assign a Doctor/Physician for the Online Consultation, and availability from a specific Doctor/Physician depends on their discretion.
Upon payment for the Online Consultation, confirmation of your appointment with a specific Doctor/Physician, based on their availability, will be sent to you via email. Calwin Hospitals may reschedule or cancel an appointment without prior notice, and the actual consultation time may vary based on the consulting Doctor’s availability or unexpected extended consultation time.
While the time provided for consultation is indicative, it’s essential for you to be available online during the specified time slot. Your consulted Physician may offer a post-consultation free review, in addition to any paid follow-up.
Booking, rescheduling, or canceling consultations is allowed within stipulated time limits. No refund will be made for cancellations after the specified time period. Rescheduling is permitted once, subject to the consulting Doctor/Physician’s availability. To reschedule, inform via email to contact@calwinhospitals.in at least forty-eight (48) hours before the appointment; otherwise, it will be considered a cancellation, incurring charges as per the policy.
For cancellation eligibility for a refund, notify via email to contact@calwinhospitals.in at least forty-eight (48) hours before the appointment. Cancellations within (48) hours of the appointment will result in full retention of charges for Online Consultation services.
